Reiki I & II Degree Training

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that originated from Japan designed to promote and balance healing and wellness across the physical emotional and mental states. By channelling universal life force energy through the hands.

Training will include: 

- the Reiki History
- the Reiki Principles
- the hand placements for treating yourself and others
- basics of healing work
- why the System of Reiki is primarily about Self-Healing 

You will receive the level one Reiki attunement that will be sealed in you for life. Following the training and initiation, you will receive a certificate and will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and family/friends. 

If you are attending training for Reiki two, you will receive a second Reiki attunement, which opens you up to a stronger flow of Reiki energy. Training will also include introduction to the Reiki symbols, which are used to enhance Reiki energy, focus healing and send Reiki over long distance. We will focus on enhancing your intuition and energy work, using hands-on practice.  Following this training and initiation, you will receive a certificate and will be able to practice on clients if you so wish. These attunements and the training are in the lineage of Dr. Usui Shiki Ryoho and the International House of Reiki.
