Reiki is a  complementary treatment accessible to anyone. I am a Reiki Master, and Reiki Master Teacher, with a wealth of experience and hundreds of case studies demonstrating the success of this ancient form of energy healing for people who may be experiencing energy blocks or pain both physically or emotionally. During a session I will use gentle touch and energy balancing techniques to help realign and cleanse the body's biofield and energy centres, known as chakras. The process aims to remove blockages and promote a free flow of energy throughout the body, enhancing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.  Clients typically experience a deep sense of relaxation,  visual images/colours, several different physical sensations such as heat, tingling, floating, clarity, a sense of release of tension and peace after the session and often for several days following a treatment. Auricular acupuncture is a specific form of acupuncture focusing on the ear as a microsystem of the body and has shown promising results particularly in addiction treatment, pain management and sleep issues.

Facial rejuvenation is achieved by inserting very thin acupuncture needles at different points along specific meridians to attain tonification, elimination of some wrinkles and decrease in length and depth of others, decrease of facial oedema, decrease of acne and rosacea, improved facial muscle tone, skin texture with tighter pores, and decrease of sagging around the eyes, cheeks, chin, and neck. Red-light therapy can be used in conjunction with this to reduce pain and inflammation, improve skin texture and heath, support collagen production, promote healing, boost happy hormones (and ease anxiety), and support healthy sleep patterns. 
The Breathe and Bloom Method (TBBM) treatment aims to enhance facial muscle and skin tone to its optimum level without injections or surgery. This TBBM treatment is an individualised approach that addresses the body as a whole when treating localised conditions. In this method, as overall health and wellness are restored, the face is rejuvenated.

I am a certified Sound Therapy & Sound Healing Accredited Practitioner. This complementary treatment is for anyone looking for a deeply relaxing experience on a subconscious level. Sound baths are an ancient form of energy healing for people who may be experiencing tension due to imbalance; sometimes these are emotions that we are not consciously aware of. The session typically involves the client lying down or sitting comfortably while being immersed in various soothing sounds such as, tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, flute and tuning forks. The vibrations and frequencies produced aim to induce deep relaxation and reduce stress by accessing emotional memory stored throughout the human network and integrating it back into the body to process and discharge the energetic aspect of the electrochemical substance of the emotion, promoting overall well-being on a cellular level. Clients often report feeling calm, clarity, release and rejuvenation often occurring immediately on all levels of functioning following the session. 

Women can hold onto energy, pain and grief following difficult life events such as, miscarriage, traumatic birth experience, fertility challenges, PMS/PMDD, sexual violation, perimenopause and menopause. I use a variety of healing modalities including Reiki, which promotes healing by activating the parasympathetic response helping the body rebalance and heal at a very deep level. Divine energy healing, using Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and spiritual guidance to remove blockages and promote free flowing energy throughout the body. These may be deep rooted historical emotional trauma wounds; by healing the emotional memory stored throughout the body, clients typically experience a deep sense of relaxation, clarity, and harmony after the session. 

This healing technique is very gentle yet powerful and involves the guidance of the Divine Mother, light entities, Angels and Saints in supporting you. I am nothing more than a channel and during the treatment may be called to use my voice, light touch and often relay guidance/messages from the guides present during your treatment.
